Normally I don’t like to do a lot of “product placement” in my life because then I’d feel like a walking bill board. But when I feel passionate about something, I will share. I feel passionate about “Benza Clin.” My nurse practitioner prescribed this cream because I told her I was sick of my face looking like a pre-pubescent face. Originally the pharmacy filled it in a tub type thing. But then I got one of those coupons form CVS that said if I bring a new or transferred prescription to them I could get a free $25 gift certificate to CVS, so I thought heck, I’ll switch pharmacies for this prescription.
It ended up being great, not just because I got the gift certificates, but because CVS filled the prescription in a “pump” and it’s the best thing!!! So easy to use. No matter how clean you are, you have germs on your fingers. When you stick that finger into a tub, you are not just getting cream, but leaving behind your germs (have you ever seen one of those CSI shows?) Bacteria and germs can contribute to acne, so having them breading in a tub is not good. So having a pump is a great way to keep the acne medicine germ free! Also it really helps with “portion” control. Sometimes with a tub or a tube, you can over do it, and you can’t exactly put the cream back in the tube now can you? So you waste. But with the pump, the amount is automatic, it’s great!!!
